We will support you to manage your tenancy successfully and avoid situations that might lead to legal action or eviction.

If you need help to manage your tenancy you can expect us to:

• contact you early to understand any support you may need
• respond within 5 working days when you are referred for our support services
• work with you to agree a support plan
• help you access other services, including debt and benefits advice
• support moves to more suitable accommodation where needed

We will measure our performance and report on:

• proportion of tenants evicted from their home
• proportion of abandoned council homes
• the number of tenants under-occupying their homes
• the number of tenants supported to downsize/number of tenants who move under the transfer enabling policy
• the number of tenants under-occupying their home
• percentage of tenants satisfied with help and support moving home
