If adaptations to your home are agreed, you can expect us to:

• visit your home to check what is possible
• complete minor adaptations, such as grab rails, within 20 working days
• plan and deliver larger adaptations within agreed timescales
• explain clearly if adaptations are not suitable for your home and support you with alternative options
• keep you informed and follow up decisions in writing

We will measure our performance and report on:

• minor adaptations completed on time
• major adaptations completed on time
• tenants satisfied with disabled adaptations completed in their home
