When it comes to paying your rent, you can expect us to:

  • offer a range of payment options
  • give advance notice of any changes to rent or service charges (minimum 28 days)
  • contact you as soon as possible if you fall behind with payments
  • work with you to agree reasonable repayment plans
  • refer you to specialist debt or money advice if needed
  • focus on supporting you to keep your home wherever possible

We will measure our performance and report on:

  • rent collection
  • current rent arrears
  • the number of evictions due to rent arrears
