To keep your neighbourhood safe, clean and welcoming, you can expect us to:

• regularly inspect and clean communal areas
• maintain communal gardens
• carry out at least one annual neighbourhood inspection for each area
• deal quickly with fly-tipping, hazardous items and biohazards
• provide an emergency cleaning response outside normal hours when needed

We will measure our performance and report on:

• percentage of fly-tipping requests dealt with in 48 hours
• percentage of hazardous items removed within 12 hours
• percentage of biohazard removals within 12 hours
