We make improvements to our homes so they stay safe, warm, and comfortable to live in. This includes work like installing new kitchens, bathrooms, and windows.

If improvements are planned for your home, you can expect us to:

• give you plenty of notice before work starts (minimum 28 days)
• agree timescales with you and keep you updated on any changes
• offer choices where possible, such as colours or finishes
• make sure your home meets national housing standards

We will measure our performance and report on the:

• proportion of homes meeting the Decent Homes Standard
• number and type of improvements completed each year
