• treat your situation seriously and with sensitivity
• contact you/survivor within 24 hours and complete a risk assessment
• listen to you in a safe environment and respect confidentiality
• offer advice on safety measures, emergency accommodation, and support services
• work with specialist agencies and safeguarding services where appropriate
• help you stay in your home if that is what you want or support you with other options

We will measure our performance and report on:

• proportion of victims/survivors contacted within 24 hours of report
• proportion of cases referred for target hardening (helping tenants remain in their homes)
