When you start your tenancy, you can expect us to:

• meet with you when you sign up
• record important information, such as emergency contacts and support needs

If you live in sheltered, independent senior living or extra care housing, you can also expect:

• that we will visit you 6 weeks after you move in
• regular meetings to share information and raise concerns
• annual testing of emergency equipment
• annual visits to review your tenancy, your home and any support needs

If you live in a high-rise property (over 18 metres tall), we will visit you once a year to identify and support with any issues.

We will measure our performance and report on:

• proportion of visits to new sheltered housing tenants completed within 6 weeks
• proportion of residents with completed annual reviews
• number of meetings held on scheme per year
• proportion of emergency equipment tests carried out when due
