BCP Homes resident involvement standard

We want you to be at the heart of what we do. You can expect us to:

  • listen to your feedback and use it to improve our services
  • communicate clearly, using plain English and avoiding jargon
  • offer different ways for you to get involved and have your say
  • be open and honest about our performance and decisions
  • show how your views have made a difference

We will aim to have a high-rise resident representative on one or more resident panels.

We will measure our performance and report on:

  • percentage of tenants satisfied that we keep them informed
  • percentage of tenants satisfied that we listen to their views and act on them
  • number of engaged BCP Homes website sessions
  • number of contacts via the website or portal as a proportion of total number of contacts made
