We want you to be at the heart of what we do. You can expect us to:

We will aim to have a high-rise resident representative on one or more resident panels.
We will measure our performance and report on:
- percentage of tenants satisfied that we keep them informed
- percentage of tenants satisfied that we listen to their views and act on them
- number of engaged BCP Homes website sessions
- number of contacts via the website or portal as a proportion of total number of contacts made
