We carry out improvements to our homes to help ensure that they remain safe, warm and comfortable for our tenants to live in. This work includes fitting new kitchens, bathrooms and windows.

When we are due to carry out improvements we will:

• provide you with at least 28 days’ notice before any improvement programme starts and when the work will start in your home
• tell you about any changes or delays to the work
• give you a choice on design or colour where possible, for example when replacing a kitchen

We will measure our performance by reporting on:

• the number and type of improvements that we complete each year, for example the number of new kitchens fitted
• homes that meet the Decent Homes Standard
