You can use the online form to:

• let us know that you have found someone's bus pass
• report the death of a bus pass holder
• make a general enquiry about bus passes

Do not use this form to:

• report a lost, stolen or damaged bus pass
• renew your bus pass
• apply for a disabled persons bus pass
• apply for an older persons bus pass

Be aware of fraud

Fraudsters are using bus passes that do not belong to them, or applying for a pass that they do not meet the criteria for. You can report suspected fraud through our online portal.
