Report a damaged bus pass

If your bus pass is visibly damaged, for example, it is excessively worn, cracked or physically broken, you can request a replacement.

There is a £12 charge for a replacement.

You will need to create or login to your online bus pass account.

If the pass stops working but there is no obvious damage, post it to:

We will inspect it and if there is no visible damage, it may be replaced free of charge.

We cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to a pass whilst in the post to us.

If your pass was not issued by us

If your bus pass was issued for an address outside of Bournemouth, Christchurch or Poole and you have moved here since it was issued, you will not be able to replace it online and will need to apply for a new older person's bus pass or disabled person's bus pass.
