Report a lost bus pass
If you lose your bus pass we can replace it for a £12 fee.
The pass reported as lost will be cancelled so that it will no longer work on the buses.
You will need to create or login to your online bus pass account.
If your pass was not issued by us
If your bus pass was issued for an address outside of Bournemouth, Christchurch or Poole and you have moved here since it was issued, you will not be able to replace it online and will need to apply for a new older person's bus pass or disabled person's bus pass.
