Report Concessionary Fares Bus Pass (Connect Pass) fraud
Misuse of the concessionary fares bus pass (also known as the Connect Pass) allows fraudsters to avoid paying for bus fares.
They pass on the cost of their bus travel to us and tax payers and the bus companies lose out on income.
Fraudulent users may:
- use a concessionary bus pass that belongs to someone else
- use another person's pass after the pass holder has died
- fake or exaggerate a disability to get a disabled person's pass
- apply for a pass while falsely claiming to live at an address in our area
