The reading group is a way to get involved from the comfort of your home at a time to suit you.

If you would like to help us improve how we communicate with residents, we would like to hear from you. We will email documents for you to read and ask you to tell us if they’re written in plain language and easy to understand. No special training is needed.

Your comments will be considered before documents are finalised and you’ll receive feedback on the suggestions you’ve made.

Any documents approved by the group will include the ‘Resident Approved’ stamp.
