Join a BCP Homes customer service panel

There are 3 customer service panels that meet at least 4 times a year. Membership is open to any BCP Homes resident (tenant or leaseholder).

It’s a get together of residents and officers to share information about housing services, ask questions, raise concerns and ensure that we are listening to the views of residents.

Homes safety and energy panel

This panel focuses on:

  • repairing and maintaining homes
  • planned and major works
  • Making homes energy efficient
  • carrying out disabled adaptations
  • building new homes
  • making and keeping homes and buildings safe

28 October and 16 December 2025, 10:30am to midday.

People and neighbourhood panel

This panel focuses on:

  • managing and improving homes and neighbourhoods
  • helping residents to maintain their tenancies
  • community projects happening in neighbourhoods
  • how we deal with anti-social behaviour
  • cleanliness and safety of communal areas including grounds maintenance
  • how we prepare homes ready to let
  • how we deal with under occupation and over-crowding

Communication and access to services panel

This panel focuses on:

  • how residents can get easy access to services for example local offices, phone, email, web chat, text, digital access and call centre and opening hours
  • how we communicate information out
  • the annual report for residents
  • our BCP Homes Residents’ magazine
  • BCP Homes website, social media, and portal
