Apply for a disabled person's bus pass

You can apply for a disabled person's bus pass online or by post.

Before you apply, check that your disability qualifies for a bus pass and read the terms and conditions.

Apply online

To apply online, you will need:

  • to set up an online bus pass account
  • proof of your permanent residency in Bournemouth, Christchurch or Poole such as a Council Tax bill, rental agreement or utility bill
  • proof of your date of birth - this can be a birth certificate, passport or driving licence
  • proof of your disability
  • your National Insurance Number
  • a recent digital or scanned passport style/size colour photo
