Apply for a disabled person's bus pass
You can apply for a disabled person's bus pass online or by post.
Before you apply, check that your disability qualifies for a bus pass and read the terms and conditions.

Apply online
To apply online, you will need:
- to set up an online bus pass account
- proof of your permanent residency in Bournemouth, Christchurch or Poole such as a Council Tax bill, rental agreement or utility bill
- proof of your date of birth - this can be a birth certificate, passport or driving licence
- proof of your disability
- your National Insurance Number
- a recent digital or scanned passport style/size colour photo
Apply by post
To apply by post, download and complete the application form and send it along with the documents requested to:
