If you are homeless, have been served notice or are expecting to be homeless in the next 56 days, use our online referral form to apply for help from us.
Do not use this form if you are a professional making a referral, you can make a referral using the duty to refer form.
Once you’ve submitted the form, the information will be transferred to your chosen council. We will contact you or the household you've referred within 48 hours.
