The Constitution Hill site is a section of land containing 7 buildings that were formerly part of Bournemouth and Poole College, the buildings were used for education.

To support the community and the pressing need for affordable housing across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole we plan to build between 80 and 120 homes on the site.
