You can book the PierView Room online.

Make sure you read our terms and conditions of hire before booking as you will be asked to confirm you have read these when you book.

You must pay in full at the time of booking. Payment can only be made with a credit or debit card. 

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change your booking, email pierviewroom@bcpcouncil.gov.uk. If your booking is within the next 7 days, call us on 01202 123 133.

There is a 20% administration charge for any cancellations or changes to the booking.

We cannot provide a refund if you cancel with less than 1 month's notice.
