You can collect the keys for the PierView Room and disabled toilets from Pierview Kitchen (next door to the PierView Room) on the day of the event, 10 minutes before the booking. If we need to change the time you can collect your keys, we'll let you know.

You cannot enter the room before the agreed time.

When your event has finished, please return the keys to Pierview Kitchen.

If Pierview Kitchen is closed, please leave the keys in the PierView Room on the counter top.

Lost keys or unreturned keys for the venue are subject to a £75 charge, payable by the hirer on receipt of our invoice.
