Dial-a-Bus is a door-to-door bus service for Christchurch and Poole residents that find it difficult to use public transport. 

Christchurch Dial-a-Bus

The Christchurch Dial-a-Bus service is open to anyone of any age who finds it difficult to use public transport, or is disabled and lives within the BH23 postcode.

Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (ROSPA) trained staff collect you from your door for shopping trips and excursions on a specially adapted bus. Christchurch Community Partnership Dial-a-Bus offers shopping trips to Sainsburys and excursions throughout Dorset and Hampshire.

Poole Dial-a-Bus

Poole Community Transport Dial-a-Bus service offers low floor and wheelchair accessible transport into Poole town centre.

On Monday, the service runs to Asda in Holes Bay and the Dolphin Shopping Centre.

On Tuesday to Friday, the service runs to Sainsbury’s, Pitwines and the Dolphin Shopping Centre.

All vehicles are fully accessible and can accommodate your mobility equipment but they cannot accommodate mobility scooters. An assessment will be needed in order to travel while in your wheelchair.

Journeys can be booked up to the day before travel.

Annual membership is £10. There is no charge for each journey you make.
