You will be asked to provide evidence of the child's medical condition when you apply for a Blue Badge.
Evidence required when you apply
The evidence you provide must be dated within the last 3 years and clearly show the child's medical condition, the treatment they require and how quickly it is required.
Evidence we can accept
We can accept:
- a paediatrician letter
- hospital documentation
- an occupational therapist report
Evidence we cannot accept
We cannot accept:
- GP correspondence as the only medical evidence
- appointment letters
- photographs or videos demonstrating the condition
- NHS App screenshots without clinical assessment
