Fire risk assessments in council homes

As your landlord, we complete an annual fire risk assessment at our 6 high-rise buildings.

These reports highlight recommendations and actions that we need to take to reduce potential fire risks. We are committed to keeping you and your neighbours safe. Recommendations made are added to the relevant team's work programme and any actions required to reduce risk are carried out.

You can request a copy of the fire risk assessment for your building from your Housing Officer.
