Report antisocial behaviour
Before reporting antisocial behaviour, you must check if it's an issue our antisocial behaviour team can help you with.
Report a street issue
Street issues are not dealt by our antisocial behaviour team.
You can report street issues to the relevant team such as:
- graffiti
- a litter (rubbish) problem
- broken glass
- dog waste
- fly-posting
- fly-tipping or illegal waste dumping
Report pollution and noise
Pollution and noise issues are not dealt by our antisocial behaviour team.
You can report pollution and noise issues to the relevant team such as:
- light pollution
- noise complaints (such as loud music)
- nuisance smells
- dust nuisance
- smoke complaints
Report a crime such as someone dealing drugs
We do not deal with crime.
You can report crime to the relevant organisation such as:
- consuming or smoking drugs
- selling, dealing or sharing drugs (also called ‘supplying’ them)
- dangerous driving
- property damage
- harassment
- hate crime
Report pet and dog issues
Pet and dog issues are not dealt by our antisocial behaviour team.
You can report pet and dog issues to the relevant team such as:

Domestic abuse and stalking is not dealt by our antisocial behaviour team.

Report antisocial behaviour involving a council tenant
If you're a council tenant or the person responsible for the antisocial behaviour is a council tenant, then you will need to report it to BCP Homes.

You must tell us:
- your name
- your email and phone number
- your address or the location you are reporting, with a postcode
- as much detail as possible about the issues you are reporting
We will aim to respond to your request within 5 working days.
