Activities

There are many ways to take part, including:

• joining local age-friendly work - learn about current activity and opportunities to get involved
• becoming an age-friendly ambassador - help champion age-friendly approaches in your organisation or community
• building your knowledge - attend training sessions to learn more about age-friendly practice, communication and tackling ageism
