The Taxi Forum is a regular meeting between ourselves and the taxi and private hire trade. It helps improve communication, share updates and address issues affecting the sector.

The forum is advisory. It supports high standards of service, public safety and compliance with licensing requirements.

What the forum does

The forum:

• shares updates on licensing policy, legislation and enforcement activity
• gives trade representatives a space to raise concerns and feedback
• promotes partnership working between ourselves and the taxi trade
• identifies risks and agrees practical solutions
• supports consistent and fair regulation across the area

How to join

To join the Taxi Forum:

• read the terms of reference
• complete and submit the application form
