You must let us know if you have changed your name or address so that your personal licence can be updated.

There is a fee of £10.50 to update your personal licence.

You will need a:

• copy of your marriage certificate or deed poll if you have changed your name
• new passport style photo

When you receive your new licence

Once you receive your new licence, you must destroy your current licence and return your ID badge to:
