Delays to our waste collections
There are delays with some of our waste collections and we are aware of the issue.
Our crews are currently catching up on missed collections and working to restore normal service.
Sometimes bin collections are missed due to operational problems or access issues.
Check the missed bin list to see the roads where we have not been able to collect.
We aim to come back and empty any missed bins within 5 working days of you reporting a missed bin, as long as you have reported it to us using the report a missed bin collection process within 2 days of the usual collection day.
If your road is on the list you do not need to let us know. Leave your bins out and we will return to collect them.
