• agree a care and support plan with you
• work out how much the care and support will cost
• work out how much, if anything, you will pay towards it

If you need care and support but you have money, property and investments that are worth over a certain amount, we will:

• talk to you on the phone or meet with you
• agree a care and support plan with you
• work out how much the care and support will cost, which you will pay for

You may prefer to arrange your own care and support. If so, we can give you information about services to meet your needs.
