Transformation at BCP Council focuses on helping services redesign how they work so they can be more modern, efficient and centred around the needs of residents. Through major programmes such as the Corporate Transformation Programme, the Digital Strategy and the Data and Innovation Programme, the organisation is developing more connected, digitally capable and future focused ways of delivering services.
