CONDITIONS OF USE
- Parking permits are sold in batches of five 5-hour sessions.
- The driver must validate the parking permit on arrival at the car park showing the vehicle registration number, with the month, date, year and time of arrival in the car park scratched off.
- The parking period allowed for each session is five hours. However, if two permits are validated for the same day, vehicles can be left for 10 hours. i.e. on arriving scratch off the month, date, year and time showing the time of arrival and then validate a second permit, but scratching off an arrival time of 5 hours later than the first permit.
- The purchase of a parking permit is only valid for the pay and display areas specified.
- A permit does not guarantee a parking space and any other conditions for the car park will still apply.
- Refunds of any unused vouchers will be processed upon cancellation request.
By completing my application, I confirm the information I have given is correct and complete an agree to abide by the conditions listed above. I understand that it is an offence to dishonestly make a false statement or produce false information (or cause or allow another to do so) or to misuse or allow my season ticket to be misused and that in such circumstances the Council may cancel my season ticket and prosecute me.
Your personal information will be held and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The Council will not disclose such information to any unauthorised person or body but where appropriate will use such information in carrying out its various functions and services.
