CONDITIONS OF USE

  • Waivers will only be valid for the vehicle registered at the time of the application.
  • A physical paper season ticket will not be issued, instead a virtual waiver will be assigned to you.
  • A season ticket does not guarantee a parking space and any other conditions for the car park will still apply.
  • The Daily Parking Waiver is only valid for use within the location applied for. Each waiver allows parking for the days selected.
  • You may park on single or double yellow lines (but not yellow lines where there is a loading ban in force), resident’s bays, on street ‘pay and display’ bays and limited waiting bays. You must not park in any other restricted place or anywhere that may cause obstruction or inconvenience to other road users.
  • The waiver is not valid for Poole Housing Partnership Land. These permits need to be obtained separately from Poole Housing Partnership.
  • The permit is only valid when carrying out your business duties away from your business premises and cannot be used for administrative purposes.
  • The permit is only valid when carrying out your business duties away from your home premises.
  • No transfer or refund of any unused time will be processed.
  • The use of parking spaces may be suspended by Police Officers, Civil Enforcement Officers or duly authorised Council Officers.
  • If you are requested to move the vehicle by Police Officers, Civil Enforcement Officers or duly authorised Council Officers you must move the vehicle immediately.
  • The user must ensure the vehicle is parked correctly and is not causing any obstructions to traffic, accesses, pedestrians or cyclists.
