West Quay Road Development (reference P124, C1 2026)

As part of the West Quay Road Development, we have secured funding via a Section 106 Agreement, which includes a proposal to implement two loading bays and a controlled crossing. We asked for feedback using our interactive map and also accepted views in writing.

We will now review the feedback received during the consultation period and produce a report with officer recommendation on how the proposal will be taken forward.

The deposit document contains the formal details required for public consultation on the changes to implement the loading bays (The Traffic Order which underpins the proposal).
