Section 119B Highways Act 1980 Special Diversion Order for certain highways which cross land occupied for the purposes of a school

Our proposal is to divert Public Footpath 29 at Canford School to address their concerns about anti-social behaviour in the school grounds. The effect of the diversion would place the path where it currently crosses the middle of their site, closer to the southern perimeter. Please see the notice, map and order below.
