Broadway at Hengistbury Head bus accessibility consultation (reference P119)

We proposed changes to the Broadway at Hengistbury Head to make the area more accessible for buses. We proposed that we would make changes to:

• loading bays
• bus stop clearways

We would also introduce:

• coach parking bays
• no waiting and loading restrictions

The decision to go ahead with the proposal was made on 26 August 2025.

The Traffic Regulation Order was sealed on 7 October 2025 and is effective from 27 October 2025.
