Overview
Update to proceedings 23 June
Following the Inspector’s direction to proceed virtually due to the forecast red weather warnings, the final Inquiry session will be held via Microsoft Teams Town Hall, allowing proceedings to continue safely and without unnecessary delay.
Members of the public may observe the proceedings via Microsoft Teams Town Hall by requesting a joining link no later than 5:00pm on Wednesday 24 June, to enable the Local Planning Authority (LPA) to register attendance. The event is configured for view-only access; attendees will be able to watch and listen to the proceedings but will not be able to speak, ask questions, or otherwise participate, unless they have been formally invited to do so in advance by the Inspector. The session will not be recorded or transcribed. Attendees may join and leave the event at any time during the proceedings.
If you wish to register as an attendee, please send your email address to planning.appeals@bcpcouncil.gov.uk.
For Inquiry registration purposes, we only require your email address. This information will be handled in accordance with data protection requirements and will not be shared outside the Council.
