You may want to volunteer for a public facing role at of our visitor centres or in our shop at Hengistbury Head.

You can volunteer at:

• Hengistbury Head
• Performing the past - take part in events and activities showing Hengistbury Head as a scene of settlement and ceremony for more than 12,000 years
• Stanpit marsh - as well as manning the visitor centre, volunteers are asked to do a 30 minute warden session to check on the animals and make sure visitors are keeping their dogs on leads
• Steamer point visitor centre - please email countryside@bcpcouncil.gov.uk if you are interested in volunteering
• Kingfisher barn - volunteers would chat to visitors about wildlife in the local area
• Upton Country park welcome centre
