We can help people who want to volunteer to organise a litter pick on behalf of a group.
We have a limited supply of litter equipment so we are unable to lend any for a long period of time or provide support for unplanned litter picks. Any support is given entirely at our discretion and equipment must be returned to us within 48 hours after the event. Charges could apply if equipment is returned damaged or incomplete.
It is the litter pick organiser's responsibility to brief all volunteers on the health and safety guidance and make sure it is followed by everyone taking part throughout the duration of the litter pick.
Litter pick organisers and volunteers are not working for or acting on behalf of us and are not covered by our liability insurance.
You must apply for permission if you want to host a beach clean event.
