There is a £10 fee for a replacement Blue Badge.
Lost Blue Badge
If your Blue Badge has been lost, you can apply for a replacement online.
Stolen Blue Badge
You must report a stolen badge to the police as we will need a crime reference number to issue a new badge. You can call the police on 101 or report it online.
When you have the crime reference number, you can call use our online form to request a replacement badge.

Damaged Blue Badge
If your Blue Badge is damaged, you must return it to us for inspection.

If the badge is faded, illegible or cannot be distinguished from a forgery, we'll contact you to arrange payment of the replacement fee.
