Proposed disposal of land at Solent Promenade, Southbourne Coast Road, Bournemouth BH6 4BE

We intend to dispose of the above area of open space for use as part of a restaurant offer by granting a 20 year lease.

Proposed disposal of Tatnam Farm Pavilion and surrounding land School Lane, Poole BH15 3JR

We intend to dispose of the above area of open space for use as football pavilion, ancillary accommodation and access by granting a 40 year lease.

Proposed disposal of open space at Kings Park in Bournemouth by way of easements for underground utility services

We intend to dispose of the land detailed above by way of granting easements and which form part of open spaces in Bournemouth.
