Poole Bridge will close to the public for planned, routine maintenance between 0930hrs on 27 April and 1800hrs on 1 May 2026.
As part of this annual maintenance, our team will be carrying out routine maintenance of the bridge, as well as resurfacing and waterproofing roads on the approach to the bridge.
Waterproofing works rely on dry weather conditions and therefore may be impacted in the event of rain.
There will be no access to Poole Bridge for walkers, wheelers, and vehicles for the duration of the works and residents are advised to plan their routes accordingly; a revised lifting timetable will be in place for boats.
