Throughout the week, Tpas, the tenant engagement experts are hosting 10 free online sessions. Each day explores a different aspect of involvement, including:
Day 1: Involvement – The Big Picture which focuses on how engagement drives real change, covering regulator expectations and national standards.
Other sessions include topics like:
- Tenant-led neighbourhood improvements
- Creative engagement methods
- Digital tools and AI in resident involvement
The training is open to tenants, leaseholders, housing professionals, and anyone interested in community engagement.
