We meet Liz Guilmant-Cush, CEO at The Friendly Food Club
“Cooking is an essential skill to enable us to look after our health, our family and save money. It is the power of food that I love, and I want to reignite that spark in people!”
CEO Liz Guilmant-Cush is one of a team of eight tutors and nine volunteers at The Friendly Food Club. They help people across Dorset to grow their cooking skills through lessons, enjoy lunch and community meals, and make healthy meals at home through cook boxes.
Last year the Access to Food partner helped over 8,300 local people to improve both their cooking and life skills.
