Local residents living in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole who are receiving adult social care services delivered by Tricuro on behalf of BCP council are being assured care services will continue as normal.

Following Dorset Council’s decision to set up a separate care company and transfer their adult social care services for Dorset’s residents, currently delivered by Tricuro to the new company, BCP Council is providing assurance to staff and residents across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole that it remains committed to the current and future delivery of adult social care services with Tricuro.

Councillor Karen Rampton, Portfolio Holder for People and Homes, BCP Council, said: "We remain fully committed to continuing the good care services that Tricuro provide for the residents of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. I would also like to thank the dedicated staff who continue to provide high standards of care to all of our residents.

"By collaborating with Tricuro, we have new opportunities to expand and develop services to provide the best care possible for our residents and local communities in line with the council’s plans to transform and modernise our services.

"I would like to offer assurance to both Tricuro staff across the BCP area and our residents who receive care that they will see no change, and care services will continue to be delivered as normal."
