Last September, we held a conference for residents to come along and spend a day talking to officers about BCP Homes priorities.
Seamus Doran, Head of BCP Homes and other senior members of the team, took the opportunity to talk about our services and find out what’s important to residents.
The feedback we had has helped us to write our strategy for resident involvement and community engagement. So, what you tell us is listened to and acted on.
The things we talk about each year are slightly different. They will focus on services, and there will always be lots of opportunities to have your say.
This is a one-day free event held locally, with refreshments provided and, in some cases, we may be able to help with transport. We are just in the planning stage for this year’s conference, but if you think you might be interested in joining us and other residents, please let us have your contact details.
