Communal garden with summer flowers and a wooden bench

BCP Homes wants to recognise all the amazing efforts made by residents to keep their gardens looking lovely.

This is not just about keeping your home and garden well maintained, as it also benefits the wider community. If you are proud of the garden you have created, we would like to take the opportunity to visit.

Whether your garden is large or small, balcony or patio, flower, vegetable, or a combination of both. Whether you garden with fellow residents or by yourself, please get involved in our garden celebration.

We don’t intend to judge gardens but when we come along, we will be very interested to talk about the following:

  • Overall design and appearance
  • Health of plants
  • Cleanliness and tidiness
  • Lack of weeds
  • Plants that attract birds and insects (sensory considerations)
  • Environmentally friendly techniques (e.g. water conservation)

We will visit during July. In August, we will hold a celebratory tea where all residents we have visited can join us to share their gardening tips and talk to fellow gardeners. Dates to be confirmed nearer the time.

If you would like to take part, please contact us by 30 May 2025.
