Next Wednesday (12 October), the Leader of BCP Council, alongside representatives from key local partnership organisations, will answer your questions, offer advice and highlight support in relation to the rise in Cost of Living.
Drew Mellor, Leader of BCP Council, said:
"We’ve chosen the rise in the Cost of Living as the theme for our next Live Q&A session. This is an important topic affecting people all over the country and we want to make sure that local people know where they can go for financial guidance, energy bill support and access to food advice. I would like to invite you to submit any questions you may have on this topic in advance, and we’ll endeavour to cover as many as possible during the session.’’
Taking place from 12:30pm, guest speakers invited to the hour-long Q&A session include representatives from Citizens Advice BCP, the Poole Waste Not Want Not charity and Access to Food Partnership.
The session will be broadcast across the council’s main social media channels. The last 20 minutes will remain open, with questions submitted via the comments section answered in real time.
Residents are asked to submit questions in advance via: LiveQandA@bcpcouncil.gov.uk
