If you’re a gypsy or traveller, you can apply to get a permanent pitch at Yarrow Close, Poole.

To apply, you’ll need to have some family connections to Poole.

Pay rent on a permanent pitch

We charge rent for permanent pitches in Poole. This may include a service charge for extra services we give you.

You might be able to claim help towards paying your rent from Housing Benefit or Universal Credit. This will be based on your circumstances.

Pay online

You can pay online. You’ll need your:

  • rent account number (12 digits)
  • rent account name
  • address and postcode

Pay by phone

Call 01202 672 932 to make a debit or credit card payment on our 24-hour automated payment service. You'll need your account number.

Pay by Direct Debit

You can set up a Direct Debit to pay your rent. This will need to be either the 1st or the 10th of each month.

Pay by standing order

To set up a standing order, you need to contact your bank. You’ll need to give them our bank details:

  • bank: Barclays bank account
  • name: BCP Council – Income
  • account number: 20627437
  • sort code: 20-68-95
  • reference: your 12-digit account number

Swipe card - Allpay

A payment card is sent to you, to be used at any Post Office or Pay Point outlet.

You can also download the Allpay app on your smartphone. If you lose your card, we can arrange for a new one to be issued. This can take a few days.
