You will be given the keys to your property at the sign up, which is when the property will be ready to let.

At this combined viewing and sign up, your housing officer will answer any questions you have about your tenancy and explain the terms and conditions of the tenancy. Keys can only be given once the tenancy agreement has been signed and we do not give the keys to a new tenant before the property is ready to let.

The viewing and sign up will be a pre-arranged appointment with your housing officer at the property you are moving to, we will confirm the appointment date and time in writing.

When you move in, please complete the tenant property inspection form to let us know of any issues or outstanding repairs that need doing.
