How to get to customer services

When visiting the customer centres, please contact the relevant service to book a pre-arranged appointment.

If you need to visit us in person, our customer service entrance can be found at:

You can get to the customer services entrance from:

  • the corner of Bourne Avenue and Braidley Road
  • St. Stephen's Road visitor car park 

How to get to the customer services entrance from the corner of Bourne Avenue and Braidley Road

Get directions to the corner of Bourne Avenue and Braidley Road.

  1. Take the right hand path that has disabled symbols painted on the floor.
  2. Continue straight along the patio path with the Civic Centre on your left hand side towards the steps.
  3. The steps will take you to St. Stephen's Road.
  4. Turn left on St. Stephen's Road until you see the customer service entrance on your left.

There is also step free access to customer services from the corner of Bourne Avenue and Braidley Road.

  1. Take the right hand path that has disabled symbols painted on the floor.
  2. Turn left where signposted to the "lift and level access".
  3. Use the intercom at the entrance to arrange an escort.
  4. Go through the automatic wide single door to the lift lobby area.
  5. Enter lift and press "reception".
  6. Exit lift and turn right.
  7. Continue through to the wide automatic door that is found to the right of the main reception desk.
  8. Continue straight along the patio path with the Civic Centre on your right hand side. There should be blue footprints on the floor.
  9. Follow the footprints round into St Stephen's Road.
  10. Continue along St. Stephen's Road until you see the customer services entrance on your right.

The customer services entrance is found across the road from the car park.

There are dropped kerbs on either side for step free access.
